How the Process works:

Consultation:
Collaborating with the couple to understand their vision, preferences, wedding theme, colour scheme, and budget.

Booking:
Upon booking Flowers by Siobhain,  you will pay a deposit and receive a contract to sign.

Following on from this, you will be sent a mood board, detailed proposal of what your big day will look like.

Designing Floral Arrangements: Designing bouquets, boutonnieres, centrepieces, unity candle arrangements and venue decorations that align with the couple’s vision.

Sourcing Flowers:
Selecting high-quality, fresh flowers that suit the wedding’s aesthetic and seasonality, ensuring timely procurement and delivery. Locally sourced where possible.

Set up and Installation : Delivering and arranging floral designs at the ceremony and reception venues, coordinating with other vendors to ensure seamless integration. Re-purposing flowers from your ceremony to your venue to ensure better use of flowers and more value for money.

Logistics and Coordination:
We work closely with your wedding co-ordination to manage the logistics of floral delivery, setup, and teardown, ensuring that arrangements remain fresh and vibrant throughout the event.

On-Site Setup:
